E’ stata resa nota la lista delle candidature per gli ambitissimi Tony Awards, i riconoscimenti al mondo del teatro americano per l'anno 2001. Per quanto riguarda i musical, "The Producers" ha fatto la parte del leone con ben 15 nomination!
